Sorry, I didn't notice that router and AP are the same device. What is your Ethernet IP address? It seems to be 198.168.0.1, since your radius server (which has a wired connection, I hope) has address 198.168.0.120 and got it via DHCP. So it seems that you have enabled DHCP on the Ethernet and not wireless port.
