FreeRADIUS is not only the #1 RADIUS server in the world, it's now
also leading the technical side of defining RADIUS. This document has
been in progress for over 3 years, and I know I'm happy that it has
finally been released.
Everyone implementing RADIUS from now on *must* read this document.
It is *strongly* suggested that they implement things the FreeRADIUS way. :)
