The ports should be updated at some point... One goal of 2.0 was to be backwards compatible with 1.1.x as much as possible. So in *most* cases that I'm aware of, the old configuration files should also work in 2.0. i.e. I don't recall any cases where they won't work. This makes port upgrades a lot easier.
