sites-available list sites that are AVAILABLE.. ie prestored config. to USE the virtual server, you need to put it into sites-enabled (or do a symlink to the sites-available file from the sites-enabled just like the default and inner-tunnel entries alan - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe?
