default sql.conf claims opposite:
# Print all SQL statements when in debug mode (-x)
sqltrace = yes
sqltracefile = ${logdir}/sqltrace.sql
But to check your statement, I started radiusd in demonmode (rc script),
and I still dont get queries logged in the tracefile
