It's hard... How many protocols does FR support now, VMPS, RADIUS (With WiMAX), EAP, DHCP. I'd suggest FreeNAC but I believe someone has already :P. FreeRNC - Free RADIUS and Network Control or FreeRaNCS (FRANCS) Arran
