I have two EAP instances for the purpose of serving 2 different certificates; so, what you want to do is definitely possible. I server both from the same virtual server and use unlang to determine which certificate to serve based upon SSID. - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe? See http://www.freeradius.org/list/users.html
