You can change sql schema. Add NAS-Identifier or NAS-IP-Address to
radcheck, radreply and radusergroup tables and adjust queries to check for
username and that attribute (... WHERE UserName='%{User-Name}' AND
APid='%{NAS-Identifier}').

No no, simply changing my query without adding new fields in the db 
resolved the problem.
