You do wrong.
this is right way. Ugly, but FreeRadius have not config option for that
cd /usr/ports/freeradius2
make fetch
make extract
make patch
make config
cd work/freeradius-server-2.1.8/src/main
add '#define HAVE_LT_DLADVISE_INIT' as first line in ' modules.c
cd /usr/ports/freeradius2
make configure
make build
make install
