Actually, I think I have enough bandwidth to handle 500 users request. But I can't understand what reason due to the problem and report these info in log.

You don't say what bandwith etc you are on or what spec the server is, but unless it's pretty low end I'd be surprised if that was the issue if you only have 500 users.
