Worth noting though that it will add default files to modules/ and sites-enabled/default & inner-tunnel - if you have a cleaned-up subdirs and/or renamed things inside sites-enabled, then "make install" can create some surprises. Recent versions allow to rename the source /raddb directory to something else like /raddb-noinst, and a subsequent "make install" will then not touch raddb.
