I believe earlier you said this was a Red Hat derived system (e.g. CentOS). All your config files will be under /etc/raddb. You can also query RPM and have it tell you every config file in a package, but as I said all config files are located under /etc/raddb. There is no such thing as "modifying some OS files".
If you simply want to move your freeradius to another node (at the same version level) just copy over the contents of /etc/raddb. However most freeradius implementations also utilize backend data stores (e.g. SQL, LDAP, etc.) If you need to move those too then that's a separate task.
