I am trying to design a system with full redundancy. I know I can use

server store lease information? Will the design I am creating allow for
DHCP failover from one machine to the next.

It stores leases however you configure it to. Unlike ISC dhcpd, there's no built-in lease database. The server comes with examples using the sqlippool module.
