radiusd -X starts OK, and then, after first DHCP discover is received:

It is happening with default dhcp config. Only what is changed is:
port = 67
ipaddr = ***** (ommited)
interface = eth0
This is entirely new server, installed only for dhcp testing. Mysql and
perl will be added later.
