yes. thats your problem. OLD
the current one says this:

etc etc etc
note, the tool has OPTIONS. yours doesnt. and because yours doesnt, it thinks
"-t" is the username and "mschap" is the password.... and therefore "testing"
is the hostname
and you have no such host!
