Hi Otavio, I believe github only charges for private (non-open source) repositories. It doesn't matter if the organization is profitable or non-profitable; as long as you open-source it will be free. So it shouldn't be a problem for FreeRDP or O.S. systems. If you have something that is not open-source, you will not be allowed to host them in gitorious anyway since gitorious does not offer closed-source repos.
