Hi Richter,
Are some of the keys not working, or are all keys not working?
I manually edited a keymap for Mac OS X where I just tried a bunch of keys
until it appeared to work properly for all keys, but it is very possible
that I missed some of them.
Also, we should add those building instructions to the wiki.
