Hi,
no key is working for me (at least all I tried like a, b, c).
My plan was to add the building instruction to the wiki, I just wanted to ask
for comments first, in case I have overseen something.

Are some of the keys not working, or are all keys not working?
I manually edited a keymap for Mac OS X where I just tried a bunch of keys
until it appeared to work properly for all keys, but it is very possible that I
missed some of them.
Also, we should add those building instructions to the wiki.

I was able to compile the last release version without macports (also I had to
set some environment variables manualy, which would be nice to autodetect by
configure), but the last release did not work on mac, so I had to switch to the
lastest version from git, which requires automake, libtool etc, which is the
reason why I used macports.
