I noticed that when trying to compile the latest version of xfreerdp on Mac
OS X, there was a problem with XvShmCreateImage(). It appears to be absent
on Mac OS X for some reason. Is there an alternative function that can be
used to yield the same result? If the alternative is less good, maybe we
could just use a compile time option to disable XvShmCreateImage usage on
Mac OS X in favor of an alternative. Other Xv*() functions work though, it
is weird that only XvShmCreateImage appears to be missing. The Apple
documentation only mentions XShmCreateImage, not XvShmCreateImage.
