Those correspond to settings sent over the wire as specified in MS-RDPBCGR
I found other interesting options, there is refreshSupportRect and
suppressOutputSupport. Those enable the support for special client PDUs to
force the refreshing of an area, or disable graphical updates for another
area.
Maybe we could use that to get around he the apparent server bug in Windows
7 where the image around the start button doesn't get updated properly right
after the connection.
