Hi Peter, Please let's not argue which license is better. It's about which license is more suitable for the project, and we had already a long long discussion before the decision. Let's face the fact: there are much more contributions than ever, from various new comers, to FreeRDP project, and this happened "coincidentally" after the decision of the license change. I know Otavio was not happy about the license change at that moment, but I believe he is quite happy now, because what it matters is that we are getting more and more features at a pace faster than ever.
Running a GPL project myself, I definitely respect GPL and your contribution to rdesktop under GPL. However, please move one step backwards and think again: what's the point of insisting GPL while there's already an alternative that has already shown much more vitality for the project? why insisting on something while you can actually get more benefits from an alternative for yourself already? The community will eventually do whatever necessary to get through this. I post this message because I don't want to see meaningless wars. Open source is all about co-operation; please be considerate.
