* z coordinate support added. Please test against the 15' killer woman- we
must prevent Tokyo Tower from being destroyed this time!
* changed struct timeval to GTimeVal everywhere in soundserver_null, fixed
namespace conflicts. This might solve the compile problem of the helllabs
daily build.
