Log message:
* Fixed bug that would limit sciprintf to drawing 255 characters on glibc 2.1
and some non-GNU libcs.
* Fixed BaseSetter to work more like the Sierra one.
* Fixed GGI screen shaking.
* Added code to catch a few more error conditions.

+ It's now possible to walk two screens to the right in SQ3.
