There have been two other people who announced their interest in writing a
DOS port. If there's still interest on their part, I'd suggest that they
announce this so that the porting effort can be coordinated.

In theory, the only things that should be neccessary to do a port would
be:
- Create an implementation for gfx_driver_t
- Create an implementation for sfx_driver_t
- Test if AC/AM work on the target platform, provide a default config.h if
it doesn't
- Make sure that glib exists, or provide alternative implementations for
the glib macros, typedefs, and functions we use (mostly typedefs).

Generally, these are the only things that should be neccessary for /any/
port.
