Log message:
* Added several new config options to config.l
* Updated README to mention the new config options

The new config options relate to new features of the graphics subsystem.
Note that horizontal and vertical scale (as well as color depth) can't be
set yet. Oh, and the options don't have any effect yet, since they aren't
being used in main.c.

main.c needs a severe clean-up first...
