Log message:
* Misc changes to config.l
* Several cleanups to main.c
* Added command-line option -m to set the mouse pointer flag
* Fixed sci0 scaled pic drawing to use the supplied options rather than
hard-coded ones

The new config file options should work now. See README for a summary.
