* Updated AUTHORS, NEWS, README, THANKS, and TODO
* Fixed resmgr.c to return unscaled pics when they are requested

The resmgr.c fix solved a big problem in SQ3, which appears to use OnControl
on the priority map.

The only things missing for the release are some updates of sci.sgml
(at the very least updates of the "savegames" and "debugger" parts regarding
FreeSCI) and someone telling me whether FreeSCI works on ia32/Linux.
(Of course I'd also like to hear about other OSses...)

Anyway, I'll tag a release-0-3-1 branch now.
