Log message:
Implemented midi event 0xb? 0x4c -- ResetOnLoop.
Fixed some logic problems handing midi eventx 0xb? and
Absolute Cues.
Added some debug output to display non-trapped midi events.
Some will be removed later when I print out the MIDI
implementation charts for the MT32.

This should close out bug #81.  Also, Bug #82 (GET_MUTE) was fixed in my
previous commit -- the DoSound(GET_MUTE) returns the mute status.
However, I think there are some unimplemented side effects as games
aren't grokking what's going on -- they ignore the sound mute status.
I need to spend some time with "real" SCI and find out what's going on.
