Updated some of the DoSound() docs.

(now how about some documentation for the [Get|Set]Menu calls? :)

Also, it appears as if we have an unrecognised midi event:

bX 61 7f

CC 0x61 is not listed in my MT32 implementation chart -- according to
one GM spec I found on the web, it's for "Data Decrement", whatever that
means.   When I get home, I'll see if my SCC-1 docs have any more
details...

I think my next step will be to set up a mechanism to let freesci know
which patch.XXX bank to load.   Probably a config file option..  :)
