Okay. I fixed broken KQ4 (lack of patch.001). So the broken game list is
ARTHUR, HQ/QFG1,Iceman as far as the mt32 patch.001 is concerned. I'm trying to
decipher those now. And yes, I've tested every SCI0/01 game I have. :)

Well, if there's a HAVE_ALSA in the ./configure scripts, I can go ahead and
port the alsa midiout code over.. but I don't have alsa installed at all, so
that might have to wait for a bit..
The GM->MT mappings are completely out. I want to abstract out the mt32 midi
interface stuff out first, create a GM "device", then I can have the GM thingey
remap the instruments. The problem is that nearly every game is different. :)

Oh, I have a bug for you:
Option 'animation_delay' expects value <= 1000000; encountered '250'
