General problems:

1) Jerky music.  Probably due to the implementation of the sound server.
   I winder if it might be better to take something like playmidi or
   some other midi player and shoehorn that to do what we want.. 
        (but that is for another day..)
2) In SQ3 at least, the imian song doesn't stop, but is only paused when
   a sfx comes through.  I'm not sure if this is correct or not.
3) Camelot, QFG1, and Iceman don't have sound in their initial
   startup/intro screens... BUT they have sound in the rest of the game!

....The intros play without sound.  But the sound cues seem to be
    working fine.  Eh?  Might be the rhythm maps and stuff...
