The sound server was waiting /after/ MIDI commands were executed, instead
of waiting /before/ executing them. Fixing this solves that problem.
I'll commit a fixed version after I've cleaned up my stuff.

Pausing songs for the duration of a sound command is supposed to be done
by Sierra's driver, too...
