* Applied Matt's patch:
+ Got rid in unused variables in several places
+ tools.c: Added include for windows.h.
+ midi_mt32.c: Added prototype for midi_mt32_all_stop().
+ sciv.dsp and freesci.dsp: Fixed debug build. VERSION is now __TIMESTAMP__.
+ freesci.dsp: Ditto. Build changed to multi-threaded DLL.
