I changed this globally in resource.h instead, in case we want to use it
someplace else later on.


BTW, I think I accidently added some of the Win32 control files as
non-binary (ASCII) files. If someone could send me a list and correct
copies of these, I'll re-submit them as binary. Sorry for the
inconvenience!
