* DoBresen() no longer sets 'completed'. Maybe we can even get rid of support
for this selector.(a)
* CanBeHere() now does > and < checks instead of > and <= for collissions
* CanBeHere() explicitly avoids clipping objects outside of the visible
screen. (c)

(a) and (b) close #53, our longest-standing bug and a TODO item.
#81 is not affected, unfortunately, neither is the new #239.

(c) fixes #182, and something else fixed #184.

(cannot reproduce)
