* src/*.c* *.l *.y *.pl *.h: Global search and replace as follows:
malloc -> sci_malloc, calloc -> sci_calloc, realloc -> sci_realloc,
free -> sci_free, memdup -> sci_memdup, strdup -> sci_strdup,
strndup -> sci_strndup.

Also included reconfed configure script.
Please note - this update is coming in multiple commits because my connection
to cs.alfred.edu is too slow.
