For a list of (more immediate) things that need to be done, look at the
TODO file. It's either in the root of the source directory or you can see
it @ http://freesci.linuxgames.com/TODO . Also, please look at the
Contribution guidelines @ http://freesci.linuxgames.com/contrib.html .

Tackling SCI01 pic support definitely sound like a good start (it's even
in the TODO)! If you have any questions, post them to the list and we'll
try to help out. (You may want to subscribe to the list if you aren't
already :)

Ah ok. Please make sure you are using a decently new MSVCRT.DLL.
You can get a shared components update, or it should be updateded when you
install Internet Explorer or some other package like that. Actually -- if
you have the Visual C++ 6.0 Service Pack 5 installed (and no other
application install has overwritten it), then that files should be fine.
In that case, I don't know what the problem is -- I'll try it in my win98
install after the win32 soundserver stabilizes and Christoph has a chance
to integrate all the patches from the past week or so.

Thanks for your help, it is greatly appreciated!
