* CanBeHere now tests collisions against the brRecs (a)
* During Animate(), STOP_UPDATEd views are added to the control map (well,
their priority-clipped nsRects are) (b)
* CanBeHere no longer implicitly checks against the dynview list. (c)
(a) and (c) are derived directly from statements by Bob Heitman. (b) is
also derived directly, but implemented with one step of indirection.
Please test:
- SQ3: Motivator
- CB1: Entering the house after the colonel's confidants
- CB1: Leaving the house (in Act 2) from the study while the contidants are
arguing outside (CLARENCE bug)
- That PQ2 bug with the woman not stopping
- The KQ1 rock mover bug
