This is probably due to my minor change in the polled_ss_win32. After
discovering the timer latency problems in win32, I changed a SLeep(1) when
the queue was empty to a Sleep(0). This may help things, but also puts CPU
usage for FreeSCI very high. I see this as being preferrable (for the time
being), though.
