Interesting... Could be either a control map or a view collision issue. I
used to consider this a problem with pic drawing, which it may yet turn
out to be, but it's more likely that we simply have to be a bit more
restrictive with collision checking against the control map (whose only
connection to collision checking against dynviews or view list entries is
a boolean 'or').

Most of the bugs we're encountering lately are bugs that require little
coding or debugging beyond the levels that we already have available, but
situations may arise where this is possible.
