Was running the code through some testing tools, and didn't find too much.
Below is a list of minor nits. I can update the documentation things,
given that Christoph says it's alright.

In the documentaiton on the webpage, selectornames and kernelnames are
listed as debugger commands even though they have been removed.

"list" debugger command now has more parameters (to replace above removed
functions).

BUGS-IN-GAMES might need to have an entry for LSL2 added. When entering
Molto Lira, a "WARNING: allocating zero bytes of memory." message is
dispalyed.

I can do all of these, given I am told they are correct to add. The last
thjing would be documenting the correct dynview collision behaviour that
is now implemented. This is something I didn't toally get my brain around
so I wouldn't be the candidate for updating the documentation for it.
