Further investigation shows that ARTHUR has the mute flags backwards --
on 'MUTE' it does a kDoSound(SetSoundOn(0x0001), and on 'UMNUTE' it does
SetSoundOn(0x0000) which is the opposite of the spec.
Sounds like a "bug" in the game. We need to find out if any other games
do it backwards, as we may need to code workarounds for it..
