It turns out that -V 0.000.xxx does work, only putting 0.000.490 causes a
crash at kgraphics.c:955.

Supplying 0.000.572 for the -V option is interesting -- all except the
first output (priority 0 for line 0) is OB1. Priority 1 starts at 41, 2 at
52, 3 at 63, and so on. In SSCI for 0.572, 1=42, 2=53, 3=64, etc -- just
like v0.685.
