I haven't been able to get the absolute latest CVS, but here is a report
(based on my experience) on the win32mci_stream device.
I have had issues with sound, I'll admit - but I switched over to this mode
(which gives the verbose report on available sound systems), and this is
what I got:

0 voices? Unknown synth. What is the "score?"
