Fatta,

The paint and csurf programs are no longer supported (csurf probably
will be removed in a future release).

The replacement for paint is called mri_vol2surf, and the script recon-
all should be used instead of csurf (which is very much out-of-date with
the current processing stream).

For help on recon-all, type:

  recon-all -help | less
