Hi Shahab,
this should be in the wiki too. If you have your SUBJECTS_DIR set
properly, you can display the segmentation via:
tkmedit $subject norm.mgz -segmentation mri/aseg.mgz
$FREESURFER_HOME/FreeSurferColorLUT.txt
