Hi Juergen, If you ran recon-all -all, you should have a file called aseg.stats in your <subject>/stats directory. This will contain information (volume, intensity) from the automatic segmentation (aseg.mgz) for all the structures we label.
There are no surfaces generated for the hippocampus, so there is no thickness measure for that.
