I am attempting to view the mgz files after converting from ima to mgz successfully. After attempting the command I get this error:
tkmedit -f ${SUBJECTS_DIR}/030217_vc11174/mri/orig/001.mgz
GLUT: Fatal Error in tkmedit.bin: could not open display:
Any suggestions would be helpful.
