Hi everyone
Could I import in FreeSurfer (specifically in
TKSurfer) a cartesian coordinates files? I need to
locate the position of my EEG electrodes (previously
translated to the brain and each one containing the
information of one hemisphere) into the surfaces
generated in FreeSurfer (orig and inflated). Is there
any registration tool in FreeSurfer to do that? Or any
other way?
