Hi Nick,
I've noticed the release notes for v. 3.04 state "Fixed bug whereby the pial
surface can cross the midline in the cingulate/callosum area to the other
hemisphere. This change will affect the thickness calculations for this area".
If I have some data already processed with v. 3.03, could I simply run
autorecon2-pial with 3.04 (or 3.05) to make the surfaces comparable?

Thanks again,
Alex

Subject: Version compatability

Hi,
Is it a problem combining results from data processed using versions 3.03,
3.04, and 3.05? I have some data processed on 3.03 but I'm updating other
machines and I'd like to install 3.05.
Thanks,
Alex
